Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)
Tear trough, wound healing, scar revision and hair restoration
Plasma rich fibrin (PRF) is a biological material derived from a patient's own blood and is used in various medical and aesthetic procedures. It is a second-generation platelet concentrate that contains a high concentration of platelets, growth factors, cytokines, and other bioactive molecules.
The process of obtaining PRF involves a simple blood draw from the patient. The blood is then centrifuged to separate the different components. Unlike platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which typically requires the addition of anticoagulants, PRF is obtained without any additives. In aesthetics is user facial rejuvenation such as tear trough, wound healing, scar revision and hair restoration.
